Because personalized jewelry is custom-made just for you, personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
This ensures every custom piece is crafted with care and attention, made uniquely for its owner.
If your personalized item arrives damaged or with a production error, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund after review.
Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
